CCAC (Coles County Arts Council) invites visual artists, photographers, writers, and friends of the arts to gather at Lake Charleston to spend some time using the natural scene as creative inspiration for an original 'plein air' work. Near the finish of the exercise, we will share snacks, discuss what we've seen, look at / listen to one another's pieces and share tips for working outdoors in various media. Participants should bring their own materials for their chosen medium and a folding chair. Dress appropriately for conditions.
