Research shows that maintaining social connections is one of the most vital things you can do to contribute to your own brain health, happiness and longevity. Join Extension Educator Cheri Burcham to learn about the aging brain and what you can do to keep your brain engaged and find out how beneficial social connections are to supporting good brain health. Participants will also work together and take part in several fun, intellectual challenges that may also improve cognition!
