Established in 2009 by two war veterans, Lincoln Land Honor Flight became part of the National Network that serves WWII, Korean War Era and Vietnam War era personnel. This group honors vets and their service to our country by providing one-day, no charge flights to Veterans who are willing and able to fly to Washington to visit their memorials. You will learn about the origins of the National Network and the LLHF group, how they are funded and and what the requirements are to become a 'Guardian', ensuring comfort and safety through their day in Washington. Two veterans are planning to attend and speak about their experience.
